Exactly a year ago I wrote the “Welcome” post on what I thought would have been just any old website that would be fun to update here and there. Schiaff The Past was originally started by myself and a good friend of mine Zanny Mashaal. Together, we mainly focused on posting new music, and video’s that had to do with the hottest musicians out there. The blog was going hard for a while and this resorted to us recruiting a new writer, Dyl Weiss. Dyl spent a couple of months with us but unfortunately left for personal reasons, and I decided to take the blog into my own hands when I moved to the WordPress URL. Anyways, all this to say that I surely did not picture myself writing a birthday post a year later, but this shit is addictive. I’m definitely happy with the progress this blog has made throughout the past 12 months, and I’ve definitely stepped up my game as well. I’d like to give a shout out to anyone who’s ever helped me out with the blog or hooked me up with something interesting to post. I’d also like to thank the religious visitors who always pump out positive feedback because that shit definitely keeps me going. Thanks everybody, it’s all uphill from here..
